SST 019 HALF DAY CYCLING AND KOH KLANG CULTURE
Pick up from your hotel. Starting with a quick safety briefing on mountain biking. We cross Krabi River by typical long tail boat, and then we get our bikes and start to ride on the gentle paths on the island. “Koh Klang” is the island opposite Krabi town. The island is composed 4 villages covering an area of 16,250 Rai (6,424 acre) including 903 houses with 5,373 people. Mostly they are Muslim people.”
We continue our trip through the village. The route goes over quiet country roads and makes a short stop at the farmer’s community where we can see many kinds of local industries. We see local people making rice, chicken farms, duck farms, vegetable farms and many more products. In this area you can watch several kinds of coastal birds along Andaman shore. After another nice easy ride we arrive at a small restaurant, and of course we taste some typical Thai snacks and refreshing drink.
